THE convener of 

21^st World Savings and Retail Banking Institute, (WSBI), Africa region summit, the CEO of Tanzania Postal Bank (TPB) Sabasaba Moshingi, makes his remarks at the opening session of   a meeting at the Central Bank's  convention centre in Dar es Salaam, Wednesday May 27, 2018

The two-day summit  was opened by Prime Minister Mizengo Pinda, who was presented by the Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office, (Investment and Empowerment), Eng Christopher Chiza.

Delegates from African Countries as well as Asia, Europe and America, are taking part in a meeting carrying  the
theme “The next Frontier in Accessing Financial Services”.
